    Note that Petula Clark had the first version of the song "I Will Follow Him" in English, recorded and released on the Laurie label in late 1962. Another notable version, if only because it was used in a movie, GOODFELLAS, in 1990, was a version by Betty Curtis released on the CGD label in the US and Italy.

      Thanks Fred. I'm actually playing a dozen different versions of the song from the 1960's on MusicMaster Oldies. Paola Neri also did an early version of the song. Cameo label-mate Dee Dee Sharp also covered the song. I could probably do a whole blog post on this song alone!
